To measure wrist - use a strip of paper, wrap around the wrist, mark where the strip end lands, use a ruler to record the number. Alternately, use a cloth measuring tape. Snug, but not tight, is the measurement that I need, please do not add to this number. This is your wrist measurement. I automatically add a bit for ease of fastening.
